First time Introductory Meetings:

• First time meetings are PROTECTED by our "Money Back Guarantee".  If you attend a meeting and you are not 100% satisfied with the service provided to you, you can request a full refund.  Click here to BOOK a First time Introductory Meeting

• We will not refund a first time meeting if you fail to show up.  

  No shows are not refundable.

  
  

• Refund requests are made by contacting us using our "contact us" page located at the top of this page. We will promptly issue a requested refund.

• If you choose to book a meeting with us, you also choose to accept our refund policy.

Urgent Unscheduled Meetings:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you book an Urgent Unscheduled Meeting; your meeting is not refundable or returnable. This includes meetings that have been paid for but not scheduled yet.  If you pay for an Urgent Meeting it's a non refundable financial commitment.  

  
  

• If you are a no show; your Urgent meeting is forfeited.  If you need to reschedule (24 hours before your meeting), we are happy to accommodate  you.

Ongoing Meeting Packages:

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Ongoing meetings are not refundable or returnable. This includes meetings that have been paid for but not scheduled yet.  If you pay for an appointment it's a non refundable financial commitment.  

  
  

• If you choose to cancel your subscription to ongoing meetings, we are sorry to see you go. Simply cancel before your next monthly bill is paid, and we will cancel your subscription of ongoing meetings.

  
  

• Ongoing meetings are paid for one month in advance.  Cancellations will be based on the following month that has not been paid for.  If you cancel, you will not be charged for your upcoming monthly bill.  Current months will not be partially refunded.

• If you choose to book ongoing  meetings with us, you also choose to accept our refund policy.

If you need to make some changes...

• If you simply need to delay your meeting or reschedule your meeting,  We are happy to wait until you are ready. Your unused meeting never expires.

• If you need to make a meeting SCHEDULE change, we require that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.  If you do not make a meeting change within 24 hours you meeting is forfeited.

• If you do not show up and do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours; your meeting is forfeited.  This does not include personal emergencies. Please contact us if you need an exception.
